Return & Refund Policy
1. Digital Downloads - All Sales Final;
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products (including the Van Life Starter Checklist, Botanicals Guide, and Family Blueprint Layout), all sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and the automated download link is generated, the product is considered "used" and consumed. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or purchase the wrong file.
2. Faulty or Corrupted Files:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a file that is corrupted, has broken links, or cannot be opened properly due to a technical fault on our end, please notify us immediately.
